Marietta Avenue

This project involved restructuring and refinishing a multitude of spaces throughout an historic 3 story home just outside the city of Lancaster. The kitchen and rear mud room entrance areas were opened up and updated with new countertops, custom cabinetry, new flooring and paint. A new master bedroom suite, including a custom tile shower was created on the second floor by combining two smaller rooms.  Two guests bathrooms were updated, one under the grand staircase and another on the second floor included new tile flooring as well as a curbless entry marble tile shower. The third floor was transformed into a large guest suite, with a new full bathroom, and a custom tile shower.  New finishes on all hardwood floors and painting throughout the home, as well as new garage exteriors brought new life to almost every inch of this Lancaster county home.
