Malvern Detached Garage

For this project, the customer wanted to add a garage to their property that complimented their existing home.  We designed and built a new stand-alone two-story garage building from ground up with features matching and coordinating with the existing structures.  The first floor included a finished 2 car garage space and on the second floor we furnished a studio bedroom and bathroom area.  The existing home’s back entrance was then redesigned with a new porch, steps, and railings to line up with the garage’s side entrance.  We worked in partnership with a landscaping company who finished off the new areas around the garage with elegant cobblestone pavers, tying everything together beautifully.
