Lancaster Residence

The residents of this Lancaster County home wanted to update several different areas of their house.  Our scope of work was divided into a multiple phase remodeling project. The first phase consisted of a complete kitchen renovation as well as upgrades to the laundry room and grand staircase.  This included custom designed cabinetry throughout the kitchen and laundry, new flooring, painting, a tile backsplash and new lighting systems. The second phase of the project involved a complete restructuring of the master bedroom/bathroom suite and surrounding spaces. The new bathroom space featured custom double vanity cabinets, new tile flooring, a private toilet room and a custom tile shower enclosed with a frameless glass door. This phase also included new flooring, lighting and painting throughout, as well as a newly remodeled walk-in closet with floor to ceiling custom cabinets and shelving. The third phase involved turning a spare room above the garage into a high capacity storage space.  We designed and installed custom cabinetry and clothing racks around the perimeter of the room with matching hard wood counter tops.
